USC Village 

In a three year, five building, undertaking at the University of Southern California, we partnered with Limbach Company to take on this large scale project. Providing 100% of the duct and fittings!

From from July 2015 to May 2017 we made hundreds of deliveries. Resulting in a staggering grand total of 342,000 lbs of fabricated material.

A particular challenge with this project was that the five structures were built simultaneously, this required a great deal of coordination on our part. Our fleet of delivery trucks had to be loaded according to building and area, job site baskets labeled by area and by floor, specific materials spooled and tagged exactly right to avoid delays on the job site and allow for faster installation times.

USC Village features 650 dorms as well as a large central space with restaurants and common areas.
